From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'BraiseDome started with a simple vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. The Rossi family established our small, familial pizzeria in 1985, building upon recipes that have been in our family for generations.
Our progenitor, Marco Rossi, mastered the pizza craft during her journeys in Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the pizza cradle. Once back in the UK, she was infused with the resolve to replicate the enchantment of original Italian pizza, employing age-old techniques and exceptional ingredients.
Our humble beginnings included a quaint 12-seat pizzeria, and since then we've evolved into a cherished local eatery. Despite growth, our dedication to premium quality and genuine methods remains. Our ovens are still wood-fired, we prepare our dough from scratch every day, and we choose only the best ingredients available.
Continuing as a family-operated business, the Rossi offspring now steer our dedicated team. Our core remains unchanged even as we adopt modern methods: crafting delicious, real pizza that unites friends and family.
